Review of ConnCAN policy paper

The National Education Policy Center reviewed ConnCAN's policy paper regarding "money follows the child" which siphons public funds away from the neediest communities and towards private-run charter schools.  The final analysis:

VI. Review of the Validity of the Findings and Conclusions The report provides little or no validation of any of the claims used as a basis for the solution
provided. The report also provides little or no validation that the recommended solution would
actually improve either the equity or adequacy of funding for Connecticut schools.
