Does this suggest that Achievement First is finding new money and is able to add all of these teaching positions? I know that in my district we lost teacher positions last year... maybe we'll get them back this year (student population has not dropped significantly).
Or, does it suggest that the Governor's reform bill--which would expand the Achievement First model--would result in greater turnover and/or produces working conditions that makes it difficult to staff their schools?
