These groups - CAPSS, CAS, CABE, CBIA, CCER, ConnCAN - not only represent a full range of acronyms but also have wide-ranging agendas. So what is it in the Governor’s plan that they can agree on?
Well, two obvious missing acronyms from this group are CEA and AFT - the two largest teacher’s unions in the state. They’ve been critical of portions of the Malloy plan that deal with teacher tenure. "
