Great Idea to get the Media listening

I sent an email to NBC news (news@nbcconnecticut.com) urging them to shed light on Malloy as well.

Hello, I represent thousands of people, friends, and colleagues when I say that am ashamed at your lack of coverage of the potential passing of SB24. This is a huge mistake to pass this bill. Gov. Malloy says he will reform education but what he really will do is reduce the state deficit at the expense of teachers, and most importantly, students. The good teachers will get phased out, schools to be left with lesser paid, inexperienced teachers. Teachers cannot be rated on grades and parent ratings alone. Too much of this is out of the teacher's control. This is a half baked idea which needs years of research before passed and the community needs help from the media to see more press on this. The only press we're seeing is expensive commercials paid by the state in favor of this bill. PLEASE do you job and report on the downsides of this bill immediately as we're running out of time.

Don't send emails - write on their FB walls - make your statements public - I just wrote something on wtnh's -
